Rename archaic_japanese_text

BUR #31660 has been rejected.

rename archaic_japanese_text -> archaic_japanese

This tag is often misused, I think probably because people type japanese_text, and since that doesn't exist, it autocompletes to archaic_japanese_text.

Your suggestion is too vague. "Archaic Japanese" could be referring to Japanese persons, events or items from centuries ago; nothing about this name tells you it's only for text.

The bulk update request #31660 (forum #308383) has been rejected by @nonamethanks.
