animal_* -> animal-themed_*

BUR #31601 has been rejected.

rename animal_balloon -> animal-themed_balloon

It distinguishes itself more from balloon animal and is more consistent with other animal-themed tags relating to inanimate objects.

animal-themed balloon makes me think of a round balloon with animals printed on it. Maybe animal-shaped balloon would be better.

Seems fine as-is though I'm not aware of the existing animal-themed_* tags and their intended usage
