Context: The frog button is a 'braiding closure' usually found on Chinese clothing like the tangzhuang and China dress. But it is also found on Chinese-inspired clothing, such as in qi lolita, or other fusion fashions.

I'm suggesting that frog button is aliased to pankou (盤扣) to get rid of any ambiguity. Because I'd accidentally used this tag on a post where the character had frog-shaped buttons. (Since there's several novelty button tags -- cat buttons, flower buttons etc)
As for Chinese knot button, this is another name for the pankou -- and since Chinese knot is a popular tag, I figured that 'Chinese knot button' would be appropriate for people tagging/searching Chinese-themed clothing -- basically, since it's a literal term, people can figure out what it means by name alone.
