create implication burning_photo -> burning
create implication burning_paper -> burning
While we have the tag burning paper, it's very difficult to find images wherein specifically a photo is being burned so making a new tag seems prudent, additionally both tags should imply burning.
Perhaps something like a burning_object tag serving as a step between the specific burning object and the overall burning tag?

I think the term burning_object is rather too ambiguous. Because burning itself is for characters or objects on fire.
I consider burning should not be used for objects that are intended to burn i.e. torch, stove and so on...
But the burning tag is also incredibly broad including burning of non-objects like buildings, people, vehicles, cities, planets. There really needs to be a tier in between these specific smaller objects and the burning tag, as right now it's more or less making a burning_fighter_jet tag and having it implicate burning, instead of having a burning_airplane tag in between.

I agree with having a burning_object umbrella tag as a step between.
It seems there is an already existing flaming object, but I am uncertain if we should use the word flaming or rename it to burning , burning feels more natural to me since an object could be burning but without distinct flames, ie if it's in embers, since it would be silly to have a separate tag for objects in embers when you could search burning_object + embers to find such posts.
