BUR #30980 has been rejected.

The spelling itself is not consistent with currently-used lab coat. It does not even imply lab coat.
Furthermore we do not generally use closed_* tags for any clothing attire, because it is considered to be the norm. Please hear me out.

create alias closed_labcoat -> closed_lab_coat
create implication closed_lab_coat -> lab_coat
Aliasing to standardize it.
Alternative option for those who want this to stay. Since some may consider it unusual.
The problem here is that lab coats go against the grain here. Most lab coats you see will actually be depicted as open instead of closed. This means that having a tag for closed lab coats is probably more beneficial than anything, as then you can tag the exception (even if the name could use some fixing). Just because a tag goes against typical tagging practice doesn't always mean its a bad thing.
Naked labcoat which is implicated to the main tag is also spelled without a space. If the second BUR goes through we should also change that one.
