Imply all the car color tags to main "car" tag

All the car coloring tags should have been implied to the main car tag like ages ago.

The problem with car color tags is, they are barely used, compared to specific car model tags. For example, red car, the most popular car color tag, currently has 364 posts. Compare that to 328 Nissan Skyline posts, which is probably the most popular model tag, or to a total of 19k car posts.

In many cases, having a color tagged is more useful to an average user than some hyperspecific model tag.

I'd say car color tags are fairly useful for anyone with a passing interest in looking at cars.
