bagged fish unimplication

remove implication bagged_fish -> fish

i posted post #8016351 few days ago. that post is clearly referencing bagged fish. if you look at that at a glance, you would think of that kind of prize you get in those kiind of summer festival. the thing is, bagged fish imply fish, which means the post cannot be tagged that at the moment.

if we were to ignore the implication, i'm sure most of you would have tagged that post with bagged fish as well. it's literally themed that.
tags are meant to find posts, so if this post which the main point of it is the bagged-fish-but-not-fish not tagged as that, then there must be something wrong. if someone have a hazy memory of this post want to find it, they would search for bagged fish
off-topic, but it's not like snow globe implies snow. because you can reference snow globe without the snow like post #7385729 and post #7307247
