Her middle name is almost never used, and is inconsistent between different sources when it is used. (Apparently it's only "Dace" in the instruction booklet for the game Scooby-Doo! First Frights, while in Scooby-Doo! Curse of the Lake Monster it's "Daisy".)

Adding Daphne too, since Ann being her middle name only seems to be the case in A Pup Named Scooby-Doo (and even that's from a Fandom wiki that doesn't cite any sources for it).

I watched probably most if not all of the episodes years ago and I was positive I heard "Ann" used as her middle name at least once, but I don't have time to dig through all the episodes on YouTube to confirm this. I sort of remember there being an episode where she brought out her credit card and it had her full name on it.

I thought I heard it in later series and movies too, but that could just be the Mandela effect in action.

Assuming Ann is her actual middle name and is consistent between sources that provide a middle name, is there still any benefit to passing this BUR?

Character tags shouldn't use middle names unless the character is normally referred to using that name.

The "use full names" rule means "don't use first names only" not "use the fullest name possible". It means don't make tags like Velma or Daphne. Instead you would call them Velma Dinkley or Daphne Blake to make the tags unambiguous. The point is to make sure that tag names are unambiguous, not to be as pedantic as possible.
