Not sure why bust is aliased to upper body when said wiki is used for images "approximately from the navel up".
That's not what a bust is. A bust is, by definition, "A sculpted or cast representation of the upper part of the human body, depicting a person's head and neck, and a variable portion of the chest and shoulders." (src). Looking up images of 'bust' and 'bust sculpture' online yields as such, and never depicts sculptures that capture the navel and above as the upper body tag does, but rather, only the chest (bust) and above.
