Is jp.rika.ren Down?

(Note: https://jp.rika.ren is the mainonline resource for Magia Record: Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica Gaiden game cgs I've been using.)

Haven't been able to access it for a little while now. Cloudflare's been up for about a day, but it's only recently started causing me problems.

I get this message after two CF challenges:

Damn. So it does appear to in fact be down. I hope this is a temporary thing, but who knows? Especially with the game recently shutting down...

I can't upload from there as of speaking right now, so I hope it comes back soon. I was only partway through the game cgs from there...
