Ear pick / mimikaki utility alias

BUR #29572 has been rejected.

Different name for the same thing, also mentioned in it's wiki

Ear pick makes me think of q-tips personally, though I'm not opposed to giving this an English alias.

create alias japanese_ear_pick -> mimikaki

Easy solution if what you want is an utility alias (which makes sense in this case). typing ear_pick will make this show up just fine.
