Zombie Pigmen were renamed to Zombified Piglins in 1.16, and they are a type of Piglin alongside the Piglin Brute.
Not too sure about aliasing the Zombie pigmen. They look different from the Zombified Piglin.

Not notably different. Just a better texture and new model. They're considered to be the same mob in the code: https://minecraft.wiki/w/Zombified_Piglin
Currently zombified piglins are tagged under the zombie pigman tag anyways.

While renaming or aliasing zombie pigman into zombified piglin is a great idea, implicating the normal character to its zombified counterpart is just weirdly unusual.
This is saying zombie villager should imply villager.
No, Piglin and piglin brute should be better exclusive due to significant difference on their appearance and behaviour. They are different entities. By this logic

Piglin brutes and piglins are really not that different at all. I can justify leaving the zombified ones unimplicated but brutes are just more aggressive piglins with a scar and different clothing.
Edit: Removed the Zombified Piglin implication, I still think Brutes should imply the main tag.
