Out of curiosity, why are ban reasons for some users lengthy lists of English and Simplified Chinese keywords? Normally, the ban reasons are more concise and just say "spambot", "propaganda", etc, which is plenty descriptive.

I've seen those too, and they are kind of funny sometimes because they mention Winnie The Pooh for some reason. nonametanks is usually the responsible about those bans as far as I've seen, you should ask them directly about it.
He does that specifically to Chinese bots/spammers, so I always assumed it was to trigger them or something. I remember hearing claims that certain keywords set them off.

The current leader of the CCP was compared to Winnie the Pooh in memes so now the Chinese government censors any and all mention or depictions of the little bear online.
