BUR #29462 has been rejected.
create alias unicorn_horn -> single_horn
As stated in the discussion on Discord.
This is a tag that will always be undertagged because of single horn, and is difficult to define because there are plenty of forehead oni horns. It would be better as an alias for single horn.
Perhaps you meant to alias unicorn_horn (singular)? unicorn_horns (plural) doesn't exist, and wouldn't make sense to alias to single_horn.
My bad, I'll fix it. Actually, while making this, I noticed I misspelled single horn as single_horns, but I didn't check if I got unicorn horn right.
unicorn horn often has a distinctive shape (post #7828504), I don't think it'd be a good idea to alias it away. single horn has tons of other things like skin-covered horns and other variants.

Maybe do this instead? I added a wiki page for unicorn horn.

Someone could have a unicorn horn and other mixed horns at the same time.
