Basically another Oldbooru relic. This tag is basically used as a catchall tags for anything vaguely related to the Navy, mostly personification of naval aircraft or shipgirls, or even a standalone warship. Given that we are now having tags for respective navies, and that this tag is seldom used, I see no point in keeping this tag around.
