create alias mechanical_bird -> robot_bird
create implication robot_bird -> robot_animal
Since we have a tag for robot dog and robot dragon, each with "mechanical" alias, I think the mechanical bird tag should follow suit and be turned into an alias for "robot bird" and implied to robot animal for the sake of standardization.
