Why are you against colored whistles?

There are exactly two Made in Abyss posts tagged with red_whistle, every other post in the tag is two Blue Archive girls swimsuit costumes.

I do not think there is ever a time when someone is going to go "I absolutely MUST have pictures of girls with red whistles." especially when no other whistle color tags exists. Whistle around neck and holding whistle are much more helpful for sorting and aren't just part of a pre-set gacha costume tag list.

I consistently tagged every made in abyss pictures of mine with colored whistles (1 out of 9), because I thought it is a thing in MiA, it would be cool to search characters based on their whistle colors. And I still think that. (E.g. how rico uses different color whistles how the story progresses, or how original characters could get different colored whistles, based on their levels. It was presented as an important concept when the show started anyway, but seems less important now.)

The fact that it is a standard accessory in blue archive is unfortunate, I can see how it is annoying, but as of now, red_whistle is not even polluting the tags popping up for red_w*, so I don't get the hate against it?

There is absolutely no way a run-of-the-mill red whistle is an important item to Blue Archive. Understand the angle but doesn't really work out here.

Similarly, in the case of Made in Abyss, while whistles are a significant part of the worldbuilding to denote standing in the world, they aren't distinct enough objects for Danbooru. I could only see a potential case for white whistles but even then they would be a qualified tag rather than a generic colour tag and have to actually appear in enough posts and have significance to be tagged. This is pointless padding.
