Ex-keine as Hakutaku

BUR #29199 has been rejected.

create implication ex-keine -> kamishirasawa_keine_(hakutaku)

As suggested on forum #295641 I see that as ex-Keine is specifically for her as Hakutaku but in human form, it should imply (or alias) the Hakutaku form rather than the general tag.

Ex-keine is for Keine's werehakutaku form. Kamishirasawa Keine (Hakutaku) is Keine as an actual Hakutaku. I don't see why an implication in either direction makes sense.

what this tag really needs is a severe cleanup, then maybe something to help differentiate it from ex-keine to avoid confusion (or at least try to).
