Kamitsubaki Studio has Sinsekai Studio tag as a subdivision, which is officially stated and pointed out in the wiki page with a few more subdivisions.

The point of this BUR is nuke this subdivision tag, leave the group tags, and rename most of the character tags to fit the changes. Sinsekai Studio tag is redundant, and it's more practical to work with character group tags instead.

With this, I'd like to ask if it's appropiate to create tags for other groups in Kamitsubaki Studio, e.g., Virtual Witch Phenomenom, Albemuth, Musical Isotope. Like Valis tag, but mainly for tagging artworks depicting the characters as a group.

Since I still don't know much about Kamitsubaki (I'm new at this stuff) and because that chart is rather confusing, I don't think I can help much, but I'll try to do what I can.

• Instead of nuking Sinsekai Studio, alias it or create an implication to Kamitsubaki Studio. Alias will redirect all searches from Sinsekai to Kamitsubaki, while an implication will make the Sinsekai tag automatically add the Kamitsubaki tag. Nuking will just remove the Sinsekai tag without replacing it with anything else.

About group tags:

• Character group tags are usually treated as general tags (for example, Hololive's ReGLOSS) and are used only when all characters of the group are present.
• According to that, I think that Valis tag should be turned into a general tag, removed from all posts that don't have all of their members present and qualifiers of all their members should be replaced from *_(valis) to *_(kamitsubaki_studio) or *_(sinsekai), depending on whether you'll decide to delete (alias) or keep (imply) the Sinsekai tag.

If I said something wrong, sorry for that. Once again, I don't know much about Kamitsubaki so act as you think is correct.

Sorry if I didn't explain myself so well, but what I meant by including the chart is rather to point out that there is no need for more tags than the main copyright as there are several subdivisions. It's a bit arbitrary to leave only the one for Sinsekai Studio, and in the end it's redundant as well.
All posts that have Sinsekai copyright tag already have the Kamitsubaki tag, so I think that nuking it would not have a major effect. Otherwise, creating an alias for these tags may be necessary.

Regarding the groups, and quoting the criteria of howto:copyright:

Musical groups are considered to be copyrights as well

Kamitsubaki Studio's groups are mainly focused on music, though they may not look like it, but you can find some album covers posted there.

And regarding tagging the characters as a group, The tags would mainly be for these posts where they are indeed portrayed as a group, i.e post #4645206, post #6472339, post #6127427, etc.
The subtle difference with Valis is that they were conceived as a group, they are almost never drawn in solo but I'm not sure if the tag should be excluded when they are not all together.

I may be missing something, but some of what I'm saying is already documented in the Kamitsubaki Studio wiki page. Anyways, thank you very much for the suggestion @GranAutismo !
