Get rid of "Wind chime focus" tag

BUR #28926 has been rejected.

mass update wind_chime_focus -> object_focus
nuke wind_chime_focus
deprecate wind_chime_focus

I don't know why we have such a hyper-specific object focus tag like wind chime focus when wind chime + object focus is sufficient. So I think we should get rid of this tag.
