Q: "Why not alias them to Scaramouche instead?
A: Two of the outfits are based off of the the Wanderer's color scheme. As for the one that isn't based off either of their color-schemes (Fairy Tale Cat), it makes sense lore-wise to attribute this costume to the Wanderer, due to the fact the Wanderer is not an antagonist, but Scaramouche is; The Fairy Tale Cat costume implies the Wanderer's post-story arc personality.
