create alias big_hips -> wide_hips

This seems to be a somewhat common mistag with new users (particularly self-uploaders)

Somewhat unrelated, but I'd like to see big_x -> large_x aliases for stuff like big_hair and big_nose. Utility aliases like this only get in their way in the autocomplete, and it's unintuitive to have some tags for large things be big_x and others be large_x.

Big hair is an actual hairstylist's term though, I don't think we should change that one https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Big_hair

Probably because it's used in some downstream booru.
