Qualify Marvel's Punisher

BUR #28358 has been rejected.

rename punisher -> punisher_(marvel)
rename the_punisher -> the_punisher_(marvel_comic)
rename punisher_(capcom) -> the_punisher_(capcom)
rename mizuki_(punisher) -> mizuki_(the_punisher_(capcom))
deprecate punisher
deprecate the_punisher

Ambiguous, especially since the tag The Punisher is often mistagged for Capcom's game of the same name featuring Marvel's character. Also need to requalify Mizuki (Punisher) since her current qualifier made it looks like she came from Marvel rather than Capcom.

Given the BUR has already received votes by the time he responded, it would probably need its own BUR (even if it would probably be fine to update the BUR itself since folks are voting moreso for the disambiguation). Because think about it - punisher_(marvel) and the_punisher_(marvel_comic) are functionally identical name-wise, so they should be changed. And even then, why is it punisher and the_punisher to begin with? Why aren't the non-qualified parts the same? It could be the_punisher_(marvel_character) and the_punisher_(marvel_series), for instance.

Why renames and not aliases for most of these? And unless there's another Mizuki she'd get confused with, I'd prefer the qualifier switch to Mizuki (Capcom) rather than having the nested parentheses.

What's the point of aliasing any of these when their searchability wouldn't be changed, especially in the case of the first two where the lack of consistency between the two is the whole point in changing them? Meanwhile, searching up "mizuki capcom" online seems to suggest she's the only one, so I'll make that change (and have it be an alias as that would change searchability).

You can never be sure with some things (for example, people with saved or bookmarked tag searches), and there's no harm in leaving aliases behind unless it's ambiguous. If it turns out to be unnecessary it'll be auto-retired after 2 years.

BUR #36244 has been approved by @evazion.

rename punisher -> the_punisher_(character)
rename the_punisher -> the_punisher_(series)
rename punisher_(capcom) -> the_punisher_(1993_game)

I'll do this. I don't like The Punisher (Capcom) and The Punisher (Marvel series) because that implies there are two separate properties called The Punisher, when in fact the Capcom version is just an old game in the Punisher franchise.

Mizuki (Punisher) seems fine to me since she is a character in an official Punisher game.
