If you mean if the tag thought bubble is useful, yes it is. There is a clear difference between speech bubble and thought bubble and they should be separated in tagging, especially in long comics with multiple pages, as the thoughts of a character can be completely different of what are they saying.

speech bubble is a bad tag. It's completely useless and a proxy for better searches such as translated or translation request. Honestly I would consider nuking it like we did with kanji, and creating tags for the special cases such as uncommon speech bubble or speech bubble only.
