Remove plaid_sleeves -> detached_sleeves implication

plaid_sleeves can apply to raglan_sleeves too.

Yeah, this implication just doesn't make sense.

+1, tags need to be literally named to be useful otherwise they get mistagged too much. If users see plaid sleeves, they're going to tag plaid sleeves regardless of what the wiki says.

This implication was left inside topic #27201 and nobody noticed it, had I seen it I wouldn't have approved it. This is why huge BURs are so annoying and why we tend to ignore them.

The bulk update request #28307 (forum #291707) has been approved by @nonamethanks.

After going through the tag, I'm not even sure this tag is salvageable. Most of it is just random plaid jackets with matching sleeves.

That was my fault for just checking the wiki and assuming its guidelines were being followed. Sorry.

I'd have expected it to be for stuff like post #5170349, but in addition to what you mentioned, it's also being used merely for sleeve trims. Lots of stuff like post #6000271 and post #5798919. I'd like to imagine we could rebuild it, but it very well may be a lost cause. I wouldn't be against a nuke.
