BUR #28193 has been rejected.
rename ishiyama_yumi -> yumi_ishiyama
This is so nitpicky, but she's a French girl of Japanese descent, and her name in the original (Western) work is in firstname-lastname order. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Code_Lyoko
Disclaimer that I am not familiar with this copyright, but the name is still a Japanese name, attached to a Japanese person ("of Japanese descent", but the Japanese Wikipedia just calls her 日本人, Japanese).
The Japanese wiki also uses Ishiyama Yumi too (https://ja.wikipedia.org/wiki/CODE_リョーコ), but I don't know if there's policy for Japanese names in non-Japanese copyrights. IMO it doesn't really make sense to use Western order even if the western order is used in the original source, as that doesn't change the fact that it's a Japanese name.
Yandere Simulator names are in western order.
The few Ace Attorney characters whose Japanese names did not get localized are also in western order.
I would say source material takes precedence over real life rules.
This is a tricky situation though. This character is japanese-born, not just of japanese descent (per the wiki), so I would assume she has a japanese-ordered name. Is there a kanji rendition of her name anywhere in the source material, or perhaps an official japanese translation?

...So as luck would have it, the whole darn Japanese dub is on youtube. Ha ha whoops this whole topic could have been avoided!
...now I just have to find an episode where someone says her full name
This wiki page says 石山 ユミ, though I suppose it'll have to be verified by the actual dub.
