Created without discussion. This is just kanna (swimsuit) (blue archive). There are no other examples of any other Valkyrie students wearing this, so I'm not inclined to believe it's a uniform when two other named students wear their own unique swimsuits and the nameless mob students also wear a different one. There are also currently only 9 examples of anyone other than Kanna wearing it (again, none are Valkyrie students), so it's not a Hibiki (cheer squad) (blue archive) situation, either.
In short, it doesn't need to exist.
