Reverse the Darkstalkers alias and change characters' qualifiers

rename bishamon -> bishamon_(darkstalkers)

Darkstalkers is a much more recognisable name that plain Vampire. It's aliased to it, but people who don't know about the alias might be tripped off (I know I was). And it's just plain awkward to have a normal word like vampire for a copyright when there's a better alternative.
But the real problem comes with character qualifiers. Tags like character_(vampire) just make it seem like it's refering to a character's vampire form rather than the char coming from a copyright called Vampire.
Bishamon gets a rename rather than an alias because there are other characters named Bishamon (which is the short form of Bishamonten). For Gallon and Phobos I used their localised names, but I wasn't sure about also changing the names of other characters to their localised forms for consistency.

The fact that Darkstalkers is the much more well known name shouldn't be a factor because of aliasing, but I do find the _(vampire) qualifier point compelling.

We call Evangelion Neon Genesis Evangelion rather than Shin Seiki Evangelion because it's the most common name in the west, not sure why it wouldn't be the same here.
For the reasons I stated above, having vampire as a copyright tag and qualifier is just plain ugly.

Added a qualifier to Huitzil for consistency with the other single-name characters.

I just realized while going back and fixing some annotations: why are Bulleta, Aulbath, Lei Lei + Lin-Lin (should probably rename/alias Lei-Lei's tag as it's officially hyphenated), and Zabel Zarock still using their JP names as the main tag alias?

Bulleta and Lin-Lin don't even have aliases for their english names, go figure :p

Yaay, swapping english aliases!!!

I added a qualifer for Mei-Ling since it's a somewhat common name.
I made B.B. Hood the main tag alias and her full name an alias since IIRC B.B. Hood is the more used name (in official material, at least). It could be swapped though, it doesn't matter much to me.
Every other alias already existed.

Don't forget to include the minor characters that still have *_(vampire) as their qualifier, like B.B. Hood's dog Harry.

Now everything should be ok, also noticed Felicia has a tag for her cat form that's not implied so I went and did that too.

Felicia was missing the _(darkstalkers) qualifier.

Also qualified Rikuo, since I saw some minor characters in other anime with the same name in a Google search.
