Duplicate of peeking_through_fingers

BUR #28037 has been rejected.

create alias looking_through_fingers -> peeking_through_fingers

Two tags for the same concept.

looking through fingers has some random things like post #7257184 or finger frame in it. I wouldn't exactly call those "peeking".

What about the first few posts, post #7807594, post #7807605? This is not finger frame or peeking through fingers per the wiki. Do we have a tag for this?
