BUR #27494 has been rejected.
deprecate sitting_on_rock
This tag doesn't really serve much purpose, for the same reason sitting_on_chair wouldn't make sense to exist since we already have sitting and on_chair.
For sitting_on_rock we have on_rock and sitting, so it kinda makes sense for this tag to be deprecated.
should sitting on rock be mass updated with on rock first?

All of the sitting on rock posts already have the sitting tag because the former implies the latter. Only the on rock tag needs to be added with the mass update.
