Strange tag, made a little under 2 years ago for post #5801711 where it sort of applies i guess but other than that it's just mistags.
I'll just leave the decision to you guys.
I can see why someone might want the tag to be seprate, in the once-in-a-blue-moon case where it's a character with a hair ornament with a picture of a ribbon, but no physical cloth ribbon, so TECHNICALLY there's no ribbon.
