Innie navels are the default and these posts aren't really visually distinct than many navel posts, even if some are more of a medium navel. Could be useful for when it's notably inward, but it's prone to confusion. If there is need for the tag it should probably be something like "deep_navel" instead.

The vandalism in question was repeatedly removing tags from post #6046960 and post #6046965. It's a completely unrelated issue.
