change "sitting in window" to "on windowsill"

create alias sitting_in_window -> on_windowsill

• Fits into the "On_" tags group (i.e. on_chair, on_desk on_counter)
• More coherent.

What constitutes as being "on" the windsill? Does leaning on it count (post #4653931)? Does something like post #4712941 count?

post #4653931 fits the leaning out of window tag, and post #4712941 fits the through window tag.

Saying that though, there are instances where a character leans against a windowsill without leaning outside the window.

In which leaning out of window could be aliased to against windowsill.

This would logically follow a trend of other tags, such as
On railing vs against railing
On fence vs against fence
On vehicle vs against vehicle
On bed vs against bed
etc

It doesn't make any sense to generalize a tag for things like post #7928552 to include post #4653931.
