create alias chrome_(browser) -> google_chrome
Dupe tags. Qualifier isn't needed because Google Chrome is unambiguous.
If artists decide to make Chromium personifications, it should be its own separate tag (like chromium_(browser)) instead of being lumped in the same chrome_(browser) tag. This is why I don't think we need the chrome_(browser) tag.
