incase not getting approved?

It's not the first time I upload art from incase's Twitter and never gets approved (incase status:deleted).
Just the other day I have spent all my slots to upload his recent illustrations for the Journals of the Hunter series (pool #22268).
The only picture uploaded by me that got approved is his 1 sfw panel (post #7662266). I now feel disincetivized in uploading and tagging anything else.

Is there a reason for approvers skipping incase's art? Or are they just understaffed?
Isn't incase one of the bigger names?

I see now that 9-10 approvers saw the posts and chose not to approve it.
What is the reason for this? Especially since the pool exists already with earlier illustrations
