Imply Powerpuff Girls Z to the main series

BUR #26959 has been rejected.

create implication powerpuff_girls_z -> powerpuff_girls

Despite all the difference, I think Powerpuff Girls Z is still a part of the Powerpuff Girls series and therefore should be implicated to the main series.
