Mew Ichigo is just Momomiya Ichigo transformed into a kemonomimi magical girl.
Basically, these are two are the same character, it's just that Mew Ichigo is Momomiya Ichigo's magical girl power form.

For reference, Goku doesn't have character tags for his saiyan forms and instead just gets tagged with the general tag saiyan when he's drawn in his saiyan form. So perhaps the mew_* tags should be deprecated?

As far as I can tell in this particular case the only difference is animal ears and eye color, other than that it's literally the same characters. It's not like other magical girls where the appearance changes significantly.
