These two are alternate costumes of Wadanohara which change depending on the game's ending. Her default outfit is a sailor outfit (post #7491918).
I also want to note that there are two other costumes (post #2193135 / post #1693585), one has a red/white/blue bow and an anchor hat ornament and the other is a dark blue version. However, I couldn't find names for them so I didn't make the tags.
