Questions about creating a wiki page

Why can't I create a copyright wiki page?
Why is it always blue instead of purple?
Please tell me what I did wrong, instead of just helping me correct it directly.

Wiki pages don’t have types. You have to prefix the tag with "copy:" or "copyright:" when adding it to an image.
