rename pumpkin_pants -> pumpkin-shaped_pants

This tag is a disaster, it's half bloomers half pumpkin-shaped/themed pants. This alias can't be approved yet as the tag needs to be cleaned up first.

I did a bit of gardening but it's still a mess. I think the best thing to do with this tag might be to mass update pumpkin pants to pumpkin print and deprecate it.
Using the word "print" is a stretch for things like post #2553825 or post #2533894 but I think it conveys "clothing meant to look like a pumpkin" and also doesn't use the word "pants" for things that are clearly not pants (which is most of the tag)
