remove alias holding_industrial_pipe -> holding_lead_pipe
create implication holding_lead_pipe -> holding
create implication holding_lead_pipe -> lead_pipe
deprecate holding_pipe
Seems like as a result of holding pipe being aliased to holding smoking pipe every post containing a character holding a lead pipe got tagged as holding smoking pipe.
I took the time to go through all images of characters holding a lead pipe and correct them by removing the smoking pipe related tags and adding the existing holding industrial pipe (which should probably be renamed considering ALL of the posts under it, even before I mass-tagged them, had a character holding a lead pipe).
Holding pipe should also be deprecated since it's ambiguous with the two aforementioned tags.
