The tag that is meant to refer to the cat cakes in Honkai: Star Rail, even though the name itself is derived from the in-game event that the creatures debut in; the game does not use "Critter Pick" to refer to the creatures themselves. Even the Critter Pick wiki itself stated that the tag should be renamed once a proper name can be found for the cat cakes.
The cat cakes are officially called Ruan Mei's Creations, both on the wiki and in the game itself. Unfortunately however, the name isn't used specifically for the cat cakes, as it also extends to another type of Ruan Mei's Creations, which resemble dumpling buns. However, there is an item in-game called Delicious Bean Cake, which heavily suggests that the cat cakes are supposed to be called "Bean Cakes"; likewise, the dumpling bun variation of Ruan Mei's Creations is implied to be called "Shumai" (derived from the item, Delicious Shumai)
