Nakano Miku/Itsuki Hairstyle and more

I don't think there's a good answer as to what Miku and Itsuki hair "loop(s)" here can be called. I thought they may be hair rings but that tag seems to be for "loops" that are much smaller and relatively tighter. Sidelocks tied back actually seems more in line with what the hairstyle can be called but in Miku and Itsuki cases, they are not sidelocks.

My suggestion would be making a tag called "bangs tied back" to describe both Miku and Itsuki hairstyle. Also, although the wiki for sidelocks tied back consideres Bunker Hill (Azur Lane) to be an example, I think she fits the suggested new tag better.

If anyone can tell me a better tag for the mentioned Nakano sisters, I'll appreciate it. If not, I'll go ahead and create the new tag.

Do you have some examples of the hair feature you're talking about? I think I can guess the one you're referring to for Nakano Itsuki, which are the two very long forelocks that go and loop around. If that's the case, then unfortunately you'd be wrong to call them "tied back" because they're only "tied back" when she's wearing a bun or ponytail, but those same loops still exist and curl back "naturally" without anything to bind them. Yes, that's what I was refering to. About Miku, it's the part of her bangs that's over her right eye but leaves a gap to not cover her eye. Her reference sheet also shows the long middle hair lock part of her bangs goes all the way to the right under her right ear.

You are right that those hair features of both girls don't seem to actually be tied to anything so we can forget the "tied back" part. Those hair features still need some tags to describe them though, especially Nakano Miku's. I've seen other characters with hair like Miku too, the front lock looping to the side part.

Black Knight (Granblue Fantasy) does seem to have the same hair feature as Nakano Miku like here post #2546865.

I hate to self-bump but, seriously, is there anyone that can answer? The hair features look distinctive enough, is there really no name or anything for them?

Nakano Miku and Black Knight's hair is hair between eyes + uncut bangs, pretty common hairstyle but I don't think we have a tag for the latter. Nakano Itsuki's hair feels like the long version of hair flaps and thick version of antenna hair, which we also don't have a tag for, Ci flower has a similar hairstyle btw.

Thanks for answering. Guess I'll ask around to see if anyone knows what their hairstyle is called. If not Itsuki's then at least Miku's. If that fails, then I guess we'll just have to come up with a name for a new tag.

I still can't find any specific name. I'm thinking of a name like "long bangs tucked". Does that name make sense? Also, I find Granat (Sousou no Frieren) (post #7397317) also has the same hair feature, the long bangs doesn't completely clear the eye though.

Still have no idea what to call Nakano Itsuki's hair though.

EDIT: Aris (Blue Archive) (post #5442305) also has the same hair feature as Nakano Miku. I think I'm gonna call them loosely tucked bangs and make a new tag.
