honkai star rail gacha ticket alias

create alias gacha_ticket_(honkai:_star_rail) -> star_rail_special_pass_(honkai:_star_rail)

while it's not an official name, i think the alias would be useful because people rarely use the official name! i had to check the wiki to know what it's called :<

Not sure how I feel about a utility alias like this. Especially for Honkai: Star Rail uploaders (excluding snipers who don't give a second thought), they'd most likely already know what the pass is called plus there are also standard passes that may or may not be tagged.

If we're using the in-game name, probably should simply use Star Rail Pass (Honkai: Star Rail) and then differentiate the special pass versus non-special pass in the wiki alone (the special pass being gold with red and the non-special pass being silver with a green). It's not like the special pass will be the only one depicted, even if it'll be the most common (example post #6323527).
