Foot/Leg/ankle wings

There are some similar tags for the wings on foot/leg:
foot wings, leg wings, ankle wings, winged legs, winged footwear.
I think we need to sort out these tags.

mass update lyrical_nanoha (winged_footwear or foot_wings) -> ankle_wings -winged_footwear

Anyway, I would first change the Flier Fin/Axel Fin of Lyrical Nanoha into ankle wings.
Because this kind of wings is generated by skills, not decorations on footwear.

Winged arms and hand wings are almost arms that turn into wings, and arm wings is aliased to winged arms.
It seems that the other similar tags that can be used are wrist wings, and winged gloves is just a test tag I added.
If not counting energy wings, winged arms are almost arms turn into wings, but winged legs, leg wings, ankle wings, foot wings are almost winged footwear or wings grown from the legs.
Maybe not suitable for alias leg wings to winged legs.

The reverse alias, because the foot wings are almost at the ankles.

Removed the alias of winged legs. This is my current thinking:
Use winged legs for legs turn into wings.
Use leg wings / ankle wings / foot wings for the partially grown wings, wing ornament on leg skin, or the detached wings, energy wings (flier fin).

Use Winged footwear for the wing ornament or fake wings on the footwear, and do not use this tag with the above.
