That's not really the same thing at all though, footjob is a specific sexual act while somnophilia (or, as things are currently, sleep_molestation) is a much wider term/tag for the fetish in general. You wouldn't tag someone licking feet footjob, because it certainly is not, but you'd probably tag it whatever generalised foot fetish tag if such a tag existed.
It's the exact same reason why necrophilia is a tag and isn't named corpse_sex, because it encompasses more things than just sex. And just like necrophilia, the images listed under sleep_molestation depict a lot more than just sleep_sex and naming the tag sleep_sex would be wrong.
We don't have many -philia tags admittedly, but we do have pokephilia instead of pokemon_fucking, the aforementioned necrophilia, and also forniphilia instead of idk pretend_furniture or something. There are others but they're sub 10-posts tags at that point. I don't think there's harm in using the term somnophilia, I don't think it's a particularly obscure term and it also takes care of encompassing those edge cases of consent and things like that while keeping the way we use the tag exactly the same.
