Someone needs to take a look at list of Gundam titles and figure out what the implication hierarchy for all these tags should look like. Currently we're doing this piecemeal, with a bunch of tags left unimplicated, and with some things being split up into subseries but with most things directly implying the main Gundam tag.

let's start small and turn 00 into an umbrella tag. then hopefully go up from there in complexity.
