Uchiwa Design Alias

create alias uchiwa_design -> uchiwa_(medium)

This feels more accurate to describe what this tag is about, alternatively we can just rename it.

I'm not a big fan of how overloaded the _(medium) suffix currently is. Some _(medium) tags are used for images meant to be printed on certain items (calendar (medium), dakimakura (medium), card (medium)), others for items or software used to create the image (watercolor (medium), procreate (medium)). These are two different purposes and grouping them under the same suffix is inconvenient when the item can be used for both. Having a separate suffix such as _design helps resolve this problem so I'd rather keep the current name.

One example of an item that could count as either of the above is ema: favgroup #10646 would count as ema_design, favgroup #10647 as ema_(medium).
If the distinction is to be taken strictly, most of the current uchiwa design posts would still be tagged uchiwa_design but post #61576 or post #345769 would be uchiwa_(medium).

It's not much but one of the reasons I made this BUR is because the few recent posts tagged with it was wrong, so the name isn't very clear. I don't have a very strong feeling about the (medium) stuff in general though but I understand the concerns.
