These should be implied just like any other character subtags. Now that we have nested chartag implications, it just looks wrong to see these tags next to each other, not nested.
These ones are the bigger tags that should be uncontroversial.

I'm not 100% sure we need all these tags at all, to be honest, but if we have them then they should be nested like the other tags.

I agree. Her default form doesn't seem like it should need a tag.

I made it because her posts are more evenly split between her forms, and they're significantly different designs.

I'm ok with having a tag for her original form. It's not unprecedented to do that when a character's specific form makes up a significant portion of their posts. Falin also technically has three forms, if we consider the one after the transformation's reverted and falin_touden_(doll), so it's not as easy as just excluding the Chimera tag.
Speaking of that, I'm wondering however if we should have an additional, separate tag for her hybrid form after the transformation's reverted. Talking about things like post #7337583 or post #7331473.

By the way, might be a dumb question but should we make/keep specific character tags for forms that were shown in side materials but didn't appear in the main story (Demon King Laios, Elf Falin and Gnome Marcille to name a few)? Seeing as they're effectively non-canon... I don't know what's the exact stance on that.
For what it's worth, if Demon King Laios gets to keep his character tag, I think the others deserve their own too. We'll often have to check for implications though.
