Naming for new milk/splash crown tag

Hello! I'm unexperienced editing and naming tags, and I have some questions
I have found a specific kind of headwear that I believe isn't covered by any current existing tag. I know of quite a few images using something similar, here are some examples of it:

I have seen this referred as a "milk_crown" in many places. It could be made a variation of a more general tag that also doesn't exist (at least I haven't been able to find anything in the listed wiki types or anywhere else), something that could go by the name "splash_crown" or anything similar. However, I'm unsure know if creating this many tags (one general and one for a specific variation) is a good idea, despite having seen this in many images.

Also, one of them has been taken automatically by an artist, and I'm unsure how to proceed:
milk_crown

• it's fine to create new tags for unique concepts that cannot be searched otherwise (or cannot be easily searched with one or two tags). If you are unsure you can open a topic like this, or ask in the official discord
• when an artist has an ambiguous name like your example, what should be done is submitting a rename request in topic #7713. This time I did it for you: forum #272011.

As for this potential tag, I can't easily find these examples with a single search - there's a few here and there under the milk crown search, but they're so few and there's so many false positives that it's definitely worth creating a new tag for this. Worst case scenario, if a tag already exists they can be aliased together.
